Frisbie Memorial Hospital Brand Awareness

In 2015, Frisbie and Rumbletree launched a healthcare marketing research study to determine the awareness levels of the hospital in surrounding communities. We determined that there was a great opportunity to reach people who had not formed an opinion of the hospital. Through a year-long branding campaign, consisting of a precisely targeted media buy, the hospital was able to reach their marketing goals and objectives. Creative and graphic design was developed in three phases—each with a unique, patient-centered message that elevated the hospital’s tagline: It’s about people, technology, trust.

To top it off, a new website for the hospital was designed and developed that would not only highlight the three pillars of the hospital, but also bring them ahead of the curve. The website has updated functionality, striking visual-appeal, easy navigation, and a mobile responsive design. We created a perfect marketing tool for enhancing Frisbie Hospital’s brand awareness campaign.

Frisbie Memorial Hospital Wound Center Campaign

In 2015, the Frisbie wound center earned the Healogics Center of Excellence award for the third consecutive year in a row—only one of two hospitals in New Hampshire to earn this award. The wound care campaign elevated the center’s impeccable strengths in the field by highlighting patient satisfaction, healing rates and hyperbaric oxygen therapy technology as a means to the ultimate goal: a better quality of life. Through a series of print advertising, digital advertising, billboards, direct mail and social media, Frisbie and Rumbletree earned a prestigious Lamplighter Award for Marketing Communications through the New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESCHO).

Implementing Best Social Media Engagement Practices in the Healthcare Marketplace With #itsabout

#itsabout Social Media Engagement Campaign

Rumbletree used the #itsabout tagline to complement Frisbie Memorial Hospital’s brand awareness campaign. Using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, the audience was encouraged to take part and engage with the brand by using the #itsabout hashtag. Each month highlighted a different cause. For example, because October is Breast Cancer Awareness month #itsabout featured breast cancer awareness. For each action (whether it was a comment, share or even a photo upload to the page’s custom-designed #itsabout database) Frisbie would donate $5 to a particular cause; in October’s case, the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition. The campaign generated thousands of followers, press opportunities and, most of all, support for a number of great causes.
