Rumbletree partnered with Phillips Exeter Academy and their fundraising department – The Exeter Fund, to help drive donations for Exeter’s Annual Day of Giving.

Every year, The Exeter Fund provides vital, flexible-use resources that enable the Academy to sustain the hallmarks of an Exeter education, including small class sizes, a superb faculty, and facilities and programs that allow students to achieve at their highest level.

For these reasons, the Exeter Fund is the Academy’s top financial priority and a major philanthropic focus for thousands of alumni, parents and volunteers.

Rumbletree and PEA worked closely to indentify real staff and faculty to be featured within the creative. Each person had their own unique PEA story.

These featured individuals, along with using the hashtag #iamexeter, help set the foundation of the creative that was integrated into the website, save the date collateral, social media, and email marketing. Rumbletree and PEA partnered with Give Campus, a social fundraising and engagement platform for educational institutions to help deliver PEA’s message.


Campaign Goal: 1,727 gifts in 24 hours – one gift for every current student and faculty member.

Campaign Result: 2,144 donors, donating a total of $1,445,208, exceeding the campaign goal by 124%.

ESM Digital

Effective Student Marketing came to Rumbletree with a new name and brand they were ready to unveil, but with the new name they wanted a new logo. Their name Effective Student Marketing was limiting in two areas: 1) their expertise is in education marketing as well as many other categories and, 2) their expertise in digital marketing is a differentiator for them.

This mark conveys a modern, digital interpretation of the Venn diagram intrinsic to ESM Digital. As their points come together, the pixel-based elements communicate a dynamic connection, partnership and integration.

Winnacunnet High School

Rumbetree partnered with Winnacunnet High School in an effort to increase awareness of their comprehensive four-year high school experience. Three initiatives were executed in order to bring the Winnacunnet brand to the forefront in a competitive area, and to create a cohesive and immersive experience for the students and parents, faculty members, and prospective students.

Map/Brochure Experience

Rumbletree worked closely with Winnacunnet to design a brochure that brought the WHS Journey and student experience to life. A series of hand drawn illustrations were customized to demonstrate their ability to personalize each student's path to success and to elevate the school’s passion for fulfilling their students' dreams and passions.

Logo System

With multiple taglines and creative elements that are used throughout Winnacunnet’s marketing initiatives and collateral to share different messages, Rumbletree was tasked with the project of refining the current logo marks and creating a logo system.


In an effort to increase their SEO and user-experience, Rumbletree and Winnacunnet worked closely to design a custom-built interface that would create a user-friendly experience. With the launch of the new website, current and prospective students and visitors can now easily locate the information they are seeking, along with a variety of other new elements.
